 Two
rustic cabins are nestled in the trees on the shore of this majestic
lake. The cabins are equipped with propane stove, fridge and lights.
A small generator is available if necessary. Running water is fed into
the cabin sink by gravity from a nearby stream. Six people can sleep
comfortably and sleeping bags are provided if needed. Pots, pans, dishes,
and utensils are in the cupboards and a wood stove is installed for
use on cool nights or rainy days. Aluminum boats and outboard motors are part of the equipment. Fuel, oars, floatation cushions and landing nets are also in storage. You will need to bring your own tackle, rods, personal items, food and refreshments.  One
of the most important items you can take to Solitaire Retreat is your
camera. You will record pictures that will make memories for years to
come. This secret lake is only forty-five air minutes east of Williams
Lake. Fly fishing, trolling or fly-casting with light tackle on this pristine lake will give you hours of enjoyment where the rainbow is king and Mother Nature is the queen. |
